Thank you! I liked the annotations a lot - and had meant to mention the lists! Such a great poem. Yet more serendipity: I'm trying to write a talk/paper about it (CG) as we speak. My big idea so far is something to do with the way it jumps around in time…
I swear to God the reason those annotations took so long was because every time I tried to say something coherent about the movement through time in that poem my thoughts ballooned up into way, way (way) too many words. Absolutely looking forward to your thoughts.
